These terms govern use of the Daypane website and, when released, the Daypane application and related services. Daypane is provided by Conner Sanzone in the United States. By using Daypane, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Development status
Daypane is currently in development. Website descriptions are plans, not a guarantee that every feature will launch unchanged. Testing versions may be incomplete, unavailable, reset, or discontinued.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to create and manage a Daypane account. Daypane is for adult household organizers and is not directed to children. You are responsible for your Google account, linked TVs, and activity performed through them.
Google and third-party services
Daypane depends on services operated by Google and other providers. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies. You grant Daypane only the authorization needed to provide the features you choose. You may revoke Google access or unlink Daypane at any time.
Calendar information
Daypane is a convenience display, not an emergency, safety, medical, legal, or recordkeeping service. Calendar and weather information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong. Confirm important times, locations, weather, and obligations with their authoritative source.
Trial, purchase, and refunds
At launch, Daypane plans to offer a limited full-feature trial followed by a non-consumable one-time purchase through Google Play. The exact duration, price, eligibility, taxes, regional availability, refund rights, and purchase terms shown in Google Play at the time of the transaction control. Google Play processes payments and refunds under its policies.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Daypane, access another person's data without permission, probe or disrupt the service, bypass trial or entitlement controls, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected service components except where law expressly permits, or use Daypane unlawfully.
Ownership
Daypane, its branding, website, app, and service technology are owned by the provider or its licensors. These terms grant a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Daypane as intended; they do not transfer ownership.
Service changes and termination
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access needed to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain the service. You may stop using Daypane and request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Daypane is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or reliance on displayed calendar or weather information. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
